Diplomatic Properties in the Country Agency (ADIS) EOOD is a Bulgarian real estate company with many years of experience in the field of real estate supply and management.
ADIS Ltd. was registered in November 2001 and specializes in rental, maintenance and management of real estate owned by the agency.
Its principal is the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of the Republic of Bulgaria and the rights of the state are exercised by the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
For more than 20 years, the Diplomatic Properties Agency in the country EOOD has been building its excellent reputation, which is due to the quality of the services offered, the honesty to the clients and the professionalism of its team.
ADIS EOOD performs the following activities:
-Renting of properties owned by the Company for residential, commercial and administrative needs;
-Management and maintenance of properties owned by the Company.
In the care of our tenants, we – the ADIS team, rely on three words: COMFORT-COMFORT-SECURITY.

The range of services of the Diplomatic Properties Agency in the country Ltd. includes an option for full furnishing of the offered for rent unfurnished apartments and apartments with equipped kitchens, fully compliant with the wishes and requirements of the client.
The company manages and leases underground covered garages and guarded parking lots on the territory of the city of Sofia.
The company is audited and registered by Intertek for compliance with the requirements of the quality management system ISO 9001: 2015, which is another proof of the quality of the services offered by ADIS EOOD related to property management.
